This Privacy Notice applies to personal information that we collect through our mobile games, applications (collectively, the « Services »).
1 / What personal informations are collected by Sund Box?
The personal information that we may collect about you through the services falls into the following categories:
1.1 The information we collect automatically
When you use our services, we may automatically collect certain information from you and / or your device, which may be considered personal information under applicable data protection laws, such as:
- Data and analysis relating to your use of our services (for example, progress of the game, purchases made, number of games played, your preferences in the game.
- Your IP address and device IDs such as your advertising ID, device ID numbers (for more information, see « Advertising IDs and Device IDs » below).
- Your device type and the operating system you are using
- General geographic location (for example, country or city) based on your IP address.
- GPS location, with your consent.
« Advertising ID » means the Apple ID for Advertisers (« IDFA ») on Apple and the Google Advertising Identity (« GAID »). These are unique identifiers for mobile devices advertisers use for interest-based advertising. They are consistent in all applications and allow inter-application tracking. On Apple, you can unsubscribe by selecting the « Restrict ad tracking » option in the privacy settings. On Google Android, you can unsubscribe by selecting the « Disable interest-based ads » option.
Advertising IDs are non-permanent, non-personal identifiers, uniquely associated with your device.
Similar technologies include pixel tracking, which allows companies (including marketers and advertisers) to recognize your device when you use websites and apps.
« Identifiers / Device Information » means the device type, device model, system manufacturer, operating system and device language, or other technical data such as size the screen, the processor or a combination of these data, available from a device so that the developer can check compatibility with a particular application.
1.2 Information we collect via third-party sources
(a) Information from social media platforms
You can choose to connect to our services through your social media account. The exact information we receive depends on your social media privacy settings, but will typically include basic information about your public profile, such as:
- Your username
- Your profile picture
- Your age group
- Your sex
- Your friends playing the same game
We can show your Facebook friends in the game your Facebook public profile name and a picture in the game’s leaderboard.
(b) Third-party service provider
We may receive personal information about you from third-party sources. We may obtain your personal information, for example, when you install our game or when, prior to installation, you click on an advertisement for the game (see the « Third Party » section below for more details).
(c) Advertising partners
From time to time we may also receive personal information about you from third-party sources. For example, if you clicked on an advertisement directing you to one of our services (for example, an advertisement for one of our games in another publisher’s game), we will receive information about the ad network and the advertising campaign behind the installation. 1.3 No special categories of information
We do not request or intend to collect « special categories of information » such as information on health, race, religion, political opinion or philosophical beliefs, sexual preferences or sexual orientation via our games, mobile applications (collectively referred to as « services »).

- To send you marketing communications and / or newsletters on awards and promotions if you have subscribed to them.
- Respect our legal obligations
- Exercise, establish or defend our legal rights, or protect your vital interests or those of any other person.
- To prevent and / or detect fraud or fraudulent behavior.
We use advertisements to fund our services and make our games available for free. We post third-party advertisements in our games and also advertise our services by third parties.
To allow us to serve ads in the game, we may send your ID and IP address to advertisers (or ad networks) to enable them to find appropriate ads to show in our games and on third party properties. You can control and limit our use of your advertising ID in your device settings. Sund Box does not control specific ads in our games (this is controlled by ad networks), but we do not allow certain types of ads.
Advertising identifiers are used by advertising agencies for various purposes (please refer to the privacy notices of our advertising partners listed herein as « third parties »), including:
(a) Limit the number of times you see the same ad.
(b) Make sure they are dealing with humans with real devices, not with automated « robots ».
(c) Offer you ads that may interest you based on your advertising ID, your relationship with other brands and ads registered with your advertising ID, and your geographic area in general.
(d) Other brands buy ad placements through an ad network or ad exchange to advertise their products in services created by Sund Box. The advertising agency acts as an intermediary between the other gaming companies and Sund Box. For an ad network to bill to the company buying the ad, clicks on the ad and potential installations of other developer apps are tracked. Views, clicks, and ad installs are measured using the ad ID.
(e) Ad networks locate the games you used to sell similar types of games.
Advertisers typically use your IP address to identify your general geographic location (for example, your country, your state, and sometimes your city).
Sund Box also advertises its games on other apps by having ad networks place ads for audiences they want (determined using ad IDs).
Advertising networks use advertising identifiers for this purpose and for other purposes (please refer to the privacy notices of our advertising partners listed as « third parties »), including, for example, for:
(a) Measures the effectiveness of advertising (by examining the number of views, clicks, and facilities generated by its advertising in other publishers’ games).
(b) Inform players who have not played for a while for new content in the game. Sund Box provides a list of these users as ad IDs to an ad network. The ad network then shows these users ads about the new content.
(c) Do not show ads for a game already played by a player. Sund Box can send a list of active players in the form of advertising ID to an ad network. The ad network then prevents these players from seeing the ad.
You can turn off interest-based ads on mobile apps by changing your device’s privacy settings and selecting « Ad Tracking » on Apple iOS or « Turning off interest-based ads » on Google Android.
4/ Legal basis of the processing of personal information
Our legal basis for the collection and use of the personal information described above will depend on the personal information involved and the specific context in which we collect it.
However, we will normally collect information about you only if we need personal information to enter into a contract with you, the treatment is in our legitimate interest and is not replaced by your rights, or we have your consent to do so. .

You can also reset your mobile ad ID or limit ad tracking by using your phone’s settings.

10/ Age limit
When we collect personal information, we do not know the age of our players. If a player has a Facebook account and has logged in to a game, we get information about his age from his Facebook profile. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information about a minor under the age of 13, we will take reasonable steps to promptly remove such personal information from our records.
